Digital photography has become a tool for me for seeing the world around me.  The world becomes a stage set upon which I can place the the animal characters of my mind.  These pieces combine digital photographs that I have taken, printed onto canvas, and oil paintings of birds that may have inhabited those spaces.  A friend described them as facebook profile pictures for birds.
